General help

When our system prompts you to make a new password, type it in both times yourself slowly and do not use autofill.
Lastly, when you create your new password it must follow these rules: Password must include a minimum of 8 characters; supports upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.

Make sure you are entering the exact email you originally signed up with. That’s the only one that exists in our system.
9 out of 10 times when we hear a user’s password reset won’t work, it is a simple thing like a typo. Make sure you are copying and pasting the exact right password with no extra spaces.
Still doesn’t work? Your computer or iPad probably has a password manager with an autofill function like iCloud Keychain. This is automatically filling in an old password that you saved previously and is overwriting the new password you just typed in.
How to solve this: If your system asks if you “want to use saved password” say no. Instead put in the new password and log in.
When you are safely in to the library, then you can tell your password manager to save the new one.
Workshop help
As soon as you enroll, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the workshop and all preparatory materials.
All workshops are recorded and added to your library on sketchbookskool.com where you can access them whenever you like.
As soon as you enroll, we will email you a link to your supply list as well as videos from your instructor on how to prepare.
Spark help
Every Friday, we will email you the schedule with links to the classes. You’ll also find the calendar in a) the Spark section of your course library and b) in the events section of the Spark area of the SkoolYard. You can also subscribe to a special Google calendar that will automatically add all events to your personal calendar.
We record many of the Spark events and add the recordings to your library.
When each new monthly workshop is announced, we’ll send you an email with a link to reserve your seat.
Your library includes recordings of many, but not all past workshops.
