Last week we saw how busy our Fakulty have been this summer so naturally, this week we take a look at what our students have been doing these last few months! See below for a few updates on fun projects and sketch meetups our kommunity has been involved with.

Kate Robertson escaped the pages of her sketchbooks to travel to Utah for a spinning retreat.

The learning for Annette Dicke didn’t stop with Sketchbook Skool videos. She hit up a museum in Düsseldorf to take a calligraphy workshop with He Jin.

In addition to exciting new plans to build a studio, Sharon Belknap continued developing her Tidbits of Love project and was featured in an interview for the blog, The Dot That Took a Walk.

Gwenaelle Glotin got to meet up with some fellow Sketchbook Skolars (including our very own Koosje!) in Amsterdam for a Sketchcrawl. She says that if you would’ve told her a year ago she would spend a whole afternoon drawing buildings together with a large group of sketchers, she would have laughed hysterically and walked away.

Marissa Lee Swinghammer was also busy partaking in a Sketchcrawl in London.

Whether it’s drawing with friends, or learning something new in an exciting place, we LOVE seeing what our students are up to. What have you been doing this summer?
