A major part of Picasso’s work is playing with perspectives. This style of drawing can take the seriousness out of needing to make the perfect representation of your subject. In this video, Koosje uses fun, chunky crayons that encourage continuous movement in her drawing.
Next time you find yourself feeling a bit too uptight about making the perfect proportions or representation, change your perspective to be more like Picasso’s. Drawing can and should be fun and if it isn’t feeling that way, just be sure to add a little more play!
