Study Hall: How to Draw a Story

By

Everyone knows how to tell a story. Many of us could write a good story. But how do you draw a story? That’s what Sketchbook Skool co-founder Koosje Koene shows you in this week’s Study Hall.

Sketchbook Skool fakulty member Lynne Chapman took us on a tour of her concertina sketchbooks and shared her techniques for telling stories through drawings. It can take your sketchbook from a series of images to a travelogue, a memoir of your life, or a memory of an afternoon, like the one Koosje experiences at a jazz improvisation session in this video. You can tell any kind of story this way.
