Study Hall: Continual Line Drawing with Watercolor

By

Want to take an art lesson in Holland today? Come to Sketchbook Skool’s Amsterdam campus and learn about the continual line with watercolor in this Sketchbook Skool Study Hall.

This week in our Seeing klass, Brenda Swenson teaches a lesson in continual line—drawing an object without lifting your pen from the page. It creates a lovely abstract line with layers, as you’ll see in this video from Sketchbook Skool co-founder Koosje Koene. She takes Brenda’s lesson on line, perspective, and adding watercolor to your ink drawing. The combination makes a beautiful page in your sketchbook.
