Study Hall: Composition in Drawings

Hard to believe this is the last Study Hall for our community kourse Exploring, but we’re going out on a high note with this shared lesson on composition from Sketchbook Skool co-founder Danny Gregory.

In this week’s Study Hall, Danny starts out with a confession we can all relate to. Then he gets into his homework assignment for Felix Scheinberger‘s klass in Exploring, with the help of two new friends and some Silly Putty (remember that stuff? Fun!).

He also goes into more about composition’s role in drawings using film as an example, with a great story about the classic Western¬†The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.¬†We’ll let Danny explain in this last Study Hall for Exploring!

Note: In the video, Danny mentions Felix’s new book, which you can get here.
