Everybody loves a good art challenge. And we have one with benefits that could last far beyond a month. The challenge? Get into the habit of being creative every day!

The question: Why?

Because thousands of Sketchbook Skool students and our teachers tell us that drawing makes them happy. They say drawing gets them through challenges, makes them less stressed and more able to see beauty in the world. But we all need a little push to do it daily—like a challenge. And our month-long kourse A Drawing A Day was born! (Well, launched.)

Sketchbook Skool co-founder Danny Gregory sat down with artist, author, and A Drawing A Day instructor Veronica Lawlor to talk about the habit that can change your life.
