If you usually use black pen to outline your work, try something completely different, as Sketchbook Skool co-founder Koosje Koene does in this week’s Draw Tip Tuesday.

When they first start drawing, many people in the Sketchbook Skool Community use black pens to outline their work. Over time, it becomes a habit—almost like there’s no other way to do a drawing.

But every now and then, it’s good to bust out of a routine and shake things up a bit. It can take you to a whole new style of drawing that you never knew you could do. That’s what this week’s Draw Tip Tuesday can show you. Give it a try! We can’t wait to see the results. Post them in the SBS Facebook group with the hashtag #DrawTipTuesday.
